Glamper Grove offers one of the best passive investment opportunities.  There are currently three Glamper Grove models to choose from: The Villa (Queen Size bed with double bed pull-out plus all the cooking and dining amenities); A-Frame Cottage (2 single bed occupancy/2 bunk beds) and the Cottage on Stilts (single and/or duplex models with 4 to 6 pax bed configurations).

For the Caliraya Ecoville, Glamper Grove is planning for about ten accommodations are available for investments.   For the Real Quezon, Glamper Grove is looking at about twenty to thirty accommodations.  Finally, for Tanay Rizal, about ten accommodations are being considered.

Investment per unit ranges from Php700k to Php1.0Mn, depending on the model designed for the area.  The investment includes the construction, the furniture, and fixtures as well as the share of the common area amenities and utility connections.  The delivery period is 45 days to 60 days, excluding site development and permitting, and licenses.

The basic commercial arrangements are as follows:

  1. Share of investor is thirty (30%) percent of Net Sales. Net Sales is defined as Gross Sales less discounts and commissions. Gross Sales is composed of room sales, breakfast, and other income;
  2. Payout of dividend is after every quarter, accompanied by a sales report;
  3. The dividend may be deducted by repairs and maintenance depending on the budget to be set by the operator prior to the start of operation and marketing;
  4. The investor is entitled to ten (10) complimentary nights, which can be used in any of the operating Glamper sites. A maximum of two nights and three days per use is allowed.  Complimentary nights can be passed on to a third party with official letter or notice from the investor.  Reservations are subject to availability, and this must be made at least five (5) days in advance.  Unused nights for the year cannot be carried over the following year;
  5. Project term is co-terminus to the lease of the property, which is at least ten (10) years;
  6. Dividend level is not guaranteed. Amount to be paid out is subject to actual occupancy, which may be affected by seasonality and unforeseen events or force Majeure;
